Requisitos para bautizar en San Patricio: póngase en contacto con nuestra oficina para iniciar los trámites.

Bienvenidos a nuestra comunidad y nos alegra que haya decidido bautizar en la Iglesia Católica a sus hijos.
Estos son las trámites necesarios para dar este paso tan importante para sus hijos.
  • La aplicación (firmada por ambos padres)
  • Identificaciones de ambos padres (Licencia de conductor, IDs oficiales de otros países)
  • Acta de Nacimiento del niño/a O carta del hospital.
  • Es necesaria la presencia, en charla de preparación, sea de los padres que de los padrinos.
  • Padres y Padrinos llegarán a la parroquia a las 3.30 pm el día del bautismo.
Los bautismos son la mayoría de los sábados a las 4pm. o en la misa de 6:pm; También los domingos en las misas de 11am; 1:00pm y 6pm.
Los documentos necesarios también lo puede los puede mandar como “scan” o foto, pedimos que todo se vea bien y claro. Al igual que cuando la mande NO GARANTIZA el bautismo, espere a una confirmación por parte de la oficina.

Si el padre aplicando para el bautismo es soltero o separado de la otra pareja, pedimos o bien una carta de demuestre que tiene la plena potestad sobre el niño-a; o el permiso por escrito del otro papá o mamá del niño-a.

Baptism requirements and application

Welcome to our community. We are joyed that you have decided to baptize your children in the Catholic Church. Here are the requirements to baptize your child at St. Patrick's church:
  • The application filled out and signed by both parents
  • Identifications of both parents (Driver's license, official IDs from other countries)
  • Child's birth certificate OR letter from the hospital
  • Parents and godparents will arrive at the parish 1/2 an hour before the hour of baptism on the day of the baptism.
  • To be able to reserve a spot, you must send all the documents by email to [email protected], or call the office and personally turn them in when they are open
  • We will appreciate your donation for our church; you can do it in the office and/or on the day of the baptism 

Baptisms are most Saturdays in Spanish and one Saturday a month in English. Also you can baptize your child at Sunday´s 9:00am Mass in English.
When you send the documents, you can send them as a "scan" or photo; we ask that everything be visible and clear. Please send everything together in one email. When you send the documents, it DOES NOT GUARANTEE baptism. After you send them, please wait for a call from our office to be able to finalize the process.

If the parent applying for baptism is single or separated from the other parent, we ask for a short letter explaining that you are responsible for everything, and that the other parent is no longer in the child's life or that they consent to the baptism. This letter should be signed by the person applying.
